A Chef Italiana Chiara Licocci, referência em doces tradicionais em Florianópolis, traz para o CIB/SC, uma experiência gastronômica com muita informação e cultura. No Workshop 'La Pasticceria Italiana per regioni' serão apresentadas as explicações de doces típicos regionais italianos, de acordo com a região abordada em cada módulo. Cada doce será descrito em base à sua origem, ingredientes, método de preparo, lugar de comercialização e influência do doce no Brasil.
Os encontros acontecerão na sede do CIBSC, em 3 ocasiões diferentes, sempre às quintas-feiras (às 19h) e aos sábados (às10h), nas seguintes datas:
27 e 29 abril, com doces típicos do SUD Italia
25 e 27 maio, com doces típicos do CENTRO Italia
22 e 24 junho, com doces típicos do NORD Italia.
